American Title Company commissioned EBA to design a complete interior rebuild of an existing freestanding office building space in 2001.  The space was gutted and a new interior design was completed and approved.  The interior space is 2,600 s.f. and includes a reception area, private offices, conference room, open office area and accessible toilet rooms.
