Storefront Facade Remodel

This was the earliest façade remodel done by EBA in The Village shopping district. With this classic, traditional, small town flavor, the design gives pedestrian scale and intimacy to the sidewalk and creates an inviting storefront from the street for motorists. This dramatic transformation was accomplished with simple changes such as the extension and shaping of the front parapet wall, a multi-color paint scheme, trim, wall lights, and a patterned tile base.
